Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

- Custom-made or personalized items (including custom sizes, designs, or made-to-order artworks)
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email info@ranjanasart.com before returning the item.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost in return shipping
